by Alfred Giles. Built by Capt. Schreiner as a wedding
gift for his son, Chas. Schreiner Jr. Purchased by the
Capt.'s greandson, A. C. Schreiner, Jr. in 1912.
Second floor arched porch and tile roof were added in
1927. Private residence.
